FORGIVE
Rease(reconcile) and don't cease(stop) talking to the people who tease(annoy) and lease(tell lies) behind you. It is a fease(obligation) as a believer to forgive no matter the pain it has brought you, this will help ease you from any kind of depression.
Have you been physically and emotionally wounded? So bitterly by the people in your life to the degree of allowing unforgivingness to set in?
I don't know the unfair things done to you by the people around you. Their inactions has led you into emotional imprisonment to the extent that you will take nothing back unless you take revenge. I know this is really difficult to deal with but taking a revenge is not the best option. Seek from God the eyes to overlook the pain and trauma they've taken you through and rely on him to heal you of any internal wounds. Life cannot be offense-free, people will offend and hurt you from various angles. Therefore you must have a forgiving heart in order not to carry this weight of unforgivingness. When you genuinely forgive, it touches God's heart to do justice to those who have intentionally hurt you. Don't pay them back, FORGIVE!
Proverbs 20 22
Do not say, “I’ll pay you back for this wrong!” Wait for the Lord, and he will avenge you.

Forgiveness is very essential for us Excellent piece..........God richly bless you.
